Welcome to our beautiful new Florida Villas, built in 2002 both have 3 bedrooms, 2 bathroom and there own private heated swimming pools.Professionally furnished and equipped to the highest standards.


	These luxury villas have everything you will need to experience the Florida lifestyle. The villas also have guest telephone facilities with FREE local calls and international connection with credit card.

The villa has an extended pool deck which benefits from the lots of sun and has pool chairs/loungers for
8 people. It has great views of the nature reserve. Heating on request.

The pool is professionally maintained by our local Florida management company on a weekly basis.

The King-size bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with his and hers basins, and private dressing room.

This bedroom also benefits from its own cable TV and has a “stowaway” child’s cot if required for visitors staying with small children.

Bedroom number two is fitted with a full Queen size bed that can sleep two adults comfortably.

	Bedroom three has matching single beds and its own ample wardrobe space.
Both villas have 2 large bathrooms, with his & hers basins, walk-in shower and separate wc. Each Villa also has ample supplies of large bath towels and sundries.

The spacious family room has a full cable TV and CD music system, and the patio doors give views of the pool and Florida nature reserve.

Two large double sofa seats, one turns into a queen size extra bed if required. Large 8 seat dining table.

The villa also has a fitted kitchen with cooker, fridge, dishwasher, and both washing machine and dryer.

April to Oct ( Ex Aug ) 1 week £445/$670 - 2 weeks £790/$1200.
Christmas/New Years & August 1 week £485/$730 - 2 weeks £845/$1275.

Pool heating optional £50/$75 per week.
